The drug penetration is higher on the skin, the efficacy of nabhi lepana related to both its inherent potency and the ability of the drug to penetrate the skin.
The percutaneous absorption necessitates passage through the stratum corneum, epidermis, papillary dermis and in to blood stream and purifies the blood. The effect of the medicinal also helps to stabilize the excessive secretion of HCL in stomach, reduces irritation thereby expels the excessive gas in the gastric area.
