She is working as CMO in Kooplicat Ayurveda Hospital, Kottayam, Kerala since last 15 years.Right through her childhood she had an affinity towards Ayurveda and medicinal herbs. She, being the daughter of eminent Physician Dr. Meenakshi Amma retired Joint Director ISM was imparted with the knowledge of Ayurveda. During her school days she used to spend her free time and holidays in the consultation room with her mother. In those early days she developed a curiosity to know more about Ayurveda, Diagnostic methods and treatment ways and actions by enquiring with her mother. Seeing her interest in Ayurveda, her parents encouraged her to take up BAMS as a career. After passing her BAMS she practiced under her mother to acquire expertise in Paralysis and Muscular atrophy cases. She also learned and harnessed her skills in medical treatment from eminent legend in Ayurveda Vaidyabhooshanam K.Raghavan Thirumulpad and she learned Pulse reading from eminent Scholar Dr.Nandakumar retired CMO of ISM. Her skills in Ayurveda, which she has attained through years of experience has helped the patients all over the world.
Her interactions with patients, success in diagnosis and managing and curing many rare disease gave her maximum publicity from the word of mouth of the patients. She is also famous for his excellence in management of chronic illness especially Psoriasis, arthritis, and handling the patients and some of her articles is published in many popular magazines and newspapers. She has expertise in preparing and formulating medicines. She is active in conducting Medical Camps and conducts lectures related to Ayurveda and Spirituality.
