Apamarga is widely used as medicinal purposes especially as diuretics and even used for obstetrics and gynecology purposes and it are having symptomatic healing effect in malaria fever.

DOSE

Swarasa 10 to 20 ml. Kshara 1⁄2 to 2 Grams.

CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS

Ecdysone, ecdysterone, inokosterone, oleanic acid and glycoside from roots, saponin A and B from seeds alongwith hentriacontane, achyranthine and betaine from the whole plant. Contains triterpenoid saponins with oleanolic acid.
